I Remember.
Before fear, before diagnosis,
before the body began to whisper its frailty,
I was whole.
I am still whole
Whatever changes pass through flesh and bone,
whatever names are written on medical charts,
my being rests in a deeper perfection—
a sacred completeness untouched by circumstance.
True wellness does not arrive from outside.
It rises quietly from within,
like light through a window at dawn,
like a spring that cannot be sealed.
No verdict of science,
no measured number,
no shadow on a screen
can reduce the truth of who I am.
I am not my condition.
I am not my report.
I am the light of God—
radiant, undiminished.
I am whole.
I am peace.
I am.
